HOW TO GROW AS AN INDIVIDUAL?

                                                             Be YOU-nique!

  •  The best way anyone can grow as an individual is by facing their fears. Fear is the biggest single factor holding most people back in life, even if we don’t think we are fearful or anxious people. And facing your fears will positively impact every other aspect of your life.
  • Simply, burn some fuel writing down your fears on a paper, and now, it’s time to come up with a plan for facing your fears (conquering them obviously).

  • Have the 'perpetual student' mindset. Never be satisfied by what you are learning, because that will only inhibit your opportunities and chances.
  • Accept change. It might not necessarily be easy at first, but being able to adapt to it indicates your strength and fosters growth in you.
  •  You only fail when you quit. As simple as that. No explanations needed.
  • Learn to agree to disagree with those who have a different mind set from you. They are not necessarily wrong, but rather just think differently.
  • Hone up your skills and talents instead of wasting time on unnecessary things for you. Not only that you might need them in the future, but you can also spread the joy and happiness to others by sharing them.

  • Do not succumb to peer pressure just because everyone around you thinks it is 'cool'. Have your own principles and rules to govern your own behavior and actions.

  • Just like point 8, you must also not falsely judge others when you have not even walked in their shoes.

PRO-TIPWork hard AND smart. There is no point of working hard if you are doing the wrong things for yourself. Working smart saves a lot of time and is good for you, but add that with a good work rate and you will be great in no time.

'8' Effective Negotiating Techniques that will Turn an Entrepreneur into a Seller

A great part of our success depends on knowing how to  sell  our products, our services or just our ideas to our public. Whatever the area of your company, you will find these  8 effective negotiation techniques useful for you to become a natural born seller : 1. Do your research The number one rule, before sitting down at the negotiating table, is to  gather all possible information  about both our interlocutor and the business of our buyer. All the data we can get will help us shape and sharpen our proposal, and also to know their and our weaknesses and strengths. 2. Take care of all details Avoid improvising  when you start your negotiation. Beginning a process without having previously researched and organized all the information you have, and without having set the goal you want to achieve, will only serve to give a bad impression and get you away from your objective. Be organized and focus on what makes you strong. Take care of the det...

Blacksmith's blow onto the Secret to Success

People keep commenting petulantly about the Secret to Success. Hit the web & you'll find more than a tonne of recipes, with over-rated suggestions most of which are merely theoretical. If any of those work for you, toasts ! If none does, follow along this post. In the mid-school, we were taught about Compound Interest . It's the most underrated topic even been taught to someone. A principal as less as a ten bucks yields millions of dollars in the long run. . . . My sorta blacksmith-blow over the hot-topic is ' the power of compounding '- a subtle art of investing small amounts consistently. The idea of ' Investing ', here, converges on the reader's field of interest & action. Most of the people follow the ' herd approach '. They're knowledgeable, nevertheless, with ground-level understandings. I've known people bragging about being future evolutionists with zero understanding of the above law. " To be successful...
